What was the game, where did you buy it from?
Check your orders, see what it says, maybe that might help you, or maybe you need to refresh your account to get it to show up in your games

1. Exit GOG Galaxy, if it's currently running.
2. Using a web browser while you're logged in, open the following link in a new tab:
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

If that doesn't help, support is very slow but they should respond eventually. My support response time has been 5 weeks for most tickets.
