i go to access my game library and find it empty. anybody experienced this situation . i had 38 games in that thing and now all gone. what gives.........thanks

did you buy all the games direct from gog?
if so, contact support.

I encountered exactly the same problem several weeks ago.
The glitch was recovered within one day.

Contact GOG Support if your Library is still empty.

P.S.
I have over 1500 GOG games and almost all of them were paid to GOG directly.
A few of them were redeemed GOG code via humblebundle/kickstarter/gemly.com.

There is different website filters in the GOG library like Updates/Tags/Genre/System/etc....did you accidently browse into one of those filters?

Yikes. That's scary. Hope you figure it out.

Have you tried to unlog out of your account and log back in?

First thought, is are you using the right account? Some people have multiple accounts for testing purposes, or posting on the forums...
