My F/A-18E Super Hornet game shows, "Not yet available". I do not understand why this phrase is displayed. Any and all thoughts, ideas, suggestions, and feedback is welcome.

This game cost $9.99 at the time of purchase. If this game is no longer available to me, is there a refund or replacement policy to apply for and follow?

Where does it say that? I don't have a similar problem, the game is in my account and downloads file (see the attached picture).

EDIT: Ah ok, a Galaxy problem... I should have known...

Thank you, once again, for your assistance. I am beginning to think Galaxy is not yet fully functional and needs a lot more work before it should be available to the community. I think I will go back to the "old" way of downloading games from the site.

Edit:
Well, I accessed my game library using a browser. The phrase, "Not yet available" is not displayed, so I will assume it was a Galaxy-related issue, and not something that prevents me from accessing that game. The downloader and game extras all appear available to me.
