mrgreenbowl: Hey guys, hoping maybe a quick response from the community since it looks like it'll take a while for GoG to get back to me. There doesn't seem to be any threads open about this specific problem.

I bought Wasteland 3, installed and played for 6 hours yesterday. Come home from work today to play more, and instead of the play button, I see a grayed out "install" button and it says "incompatible" when I hover over it.

So I reboot my PC, relaunch GoG, and now Wasteland 3 won't even show up in my library of owned or installed games. It still shows my receipt from the purchase on my purchase history, they took the money out of my account, AND the game is still installed and plays if I launch directly from the Wasteland 3 folder.

What gives? I don't want to play if my saves aren't being saved to the cloud, since I play the game on 2 different PCs.

EDIT: Thank you so much for the responses everyone! I feel there are a few things I feel i need to clear up,

Yes, I did purchase the game through GoG, not some shady site or whatever. I have the receipt, the email from GoG and it shows up as purchased in my history on the website and the app.

Yes, I can launch the game manually, it seems to work fine that way, BUT I need the cloud saves from the GoG app since I am between 2 different PCs during the week.

EDIT 2:
I found by going to Activity, then clicking on the game from my recent achievements it shows up where I can hit the play button. (a big shoutout to fishbedred in the comments for this work around!!!) The game will launch and utilize the GoG features now too, but I MUST go to activity and launch from there. Even if I click on owned/installed games from the Wasteland 3 splash page, Wasteland 3 will not show up.

Thank you all again for your responses, once again proving the gaming community is greater, smarter and dare I say better looking than multi-million dollar corporations at supporting their own product.
Hey mrgreenbowl. I had the same problem. I was able to fix it by adding the game manually. Rather than scan for it in your install directory, mark the game as owned, and it will give you an option to link the executable file. Hope that helps.
