Long story short, after trying everything to get my game to launch (uninstall/reinstall game files, Game cache integrity, adding ffdshow audio exceptions, video exceptions, compatibility mode settings, and disabling Cloud Sync... the one thing the GOG support center didn't mention is that Nvidia had a new optimized driver. I always have my settings to update once new software is available but I still had to download manually. Should have been the first thing I thought of to fix my issue but it wasn't. Its playable now despite cloud sync still being bricked.
