Well.
I know, I should probably open a support ticket. Except there's a few issues.
1) I don't use Galaxy. It doesn't exist for my OS. Ergo, this issue doesn't affect me.
2) The helpdesk has been rendered useless.
3) Does anyone even check the bugtracker anymore?
