Tried to reinstall, run as administartor, nothing helps :(

Issue persists for a week already, so It doesn't seem to be server down problem.
OS: Windows 10 enterprise version 1709 build 16299.192
Probably it started after some update, but i'm not sure.

Probably it started after some update, but i'm not sure.
couple of things to try...
1 turn off for 2 min your Antivirus, and try to open Galaxy, if you connect, create an exception in your antivirus.
2 see if windows antimalware is running, if it is temp turn it off and try to run Galaxy.

Something ON your computer is preventing Galaxy from comunicating to the host, I run galaxy and had the same issue the first time I tried to open it.
