Did they remove the in-game overlay and fps counter from 2.0 cant seem to find any options to enable them?

To activate the overlay:
Cog symbol top left -> Game Features -> toggle "Overlay"

To manage notifications in the overlay:
Cog symbol top left -> Notifications

The overlay is still there but it no longer seems to include achievement tracking.
