gabr 2 wants cd. gab 3wants 16 bit color. and gab1 whatever won't work please help. Supports asks for stuff Impossible to give in order to submit. HELP

What does support want that you cant give? They would be best placed to advise. No Gog game should require a cd to run, that would be a serious issue. Compatability may occur, what operating system are you running? Are.you using galaxy or downloading via browser?

You haven't given enough useful info for anyone to really be able to provide you with any help other than "Surf the game specific forums on GOG.com, Steam (if the game exists there also) and Google, or contact GOG support."

You haven't indicated what GOG support asked you to provide them with either, but it's probably something that anyone else would need to know in order to help too.

For the record, GOG's support is second to none compared to all other gaming retailers and any long time GOG gamers here will back that up. I'd strongly recommend listening to what GOG support said and if you have any problems with doing what they ask, let them know what and why, etc.

Help them - to help you.

Try running each game as administrator. Chances are that GK2 is asking you for a CD because you're not running it as Admin. Also, run the game from the Start menu and not from its folder as we tend to add additional flags in the game's shortcut that help with launching and running the game. Running the game directly from its folder negates those flags entirely.

Also, what is our Support asking of you that is impossible to give, if I may ask?

Also, run the game from the Start menu and not from its folder as we tend to add additional flags in the game's shortcut that help with launching and running the game. I don't know what file to down load.I didn't mean to imply support is bad I'm just not very computer literate. gonna try rinning game as admin. And thanx for your fast reply.
I tried the cd fix on support page for gk3 but says could not load some files try loading from cd. and loading from admin didn't work.

I got windows 10 could that be the problem? and again Sorry I didn't mean that gog support is not good I'm just not very good at this kind of computer tinkering.

Likely the form validation (dxdiag). The instructions are linked from the form though.

Open the start menu by clicking the bottom left corner of your screen.
type in dxdiag and press enter.
Click Save all Information.
Save the file.
Upload this file with your support request.
