Kleetus: Jake does the cutest reverse butt wiggle ever.

He doesn't do it often and I don't know what sets him off, but he'll fold his body in a U shape, wags his tail like a helicopter rotor and tip toes around me while snorting.

Then he reverses and goes the other way, so adorable.

He also loves playing Find the Kleetus, where I make him sit and then I hide and he has to find me.
Your dog is adorable.

I taught my Jack Russell to fetch the post recently and he picked it up very quickly, because I pay him with a treat for bringing it. The sneaky little bastard tries to steal the post back after I've read it and get paid twice though!
We have three cats.

They have the funniest way of telling "I have my eye on you, and don't try to run away from me".

Whenever one of us are going to the bathroom, they ALWAYS try to brake themselves in, by pushing with their head and then continue with their paw. You see, the door is a little hard to lock in place as it's a bit awry, without locking with a key, and when we get a bit needy in a hurry we don't usually check that the door is properly pushed in place.

So, those three, at least the twins, pushes the door just enough to get a paw and little of their head in, sees who's inside, decides whether he/she needs a cuddle or just want to stand guard outside in front of the bathroom door. and they usually "mjaus" when we are finished doing whatever we do in a normal bathroom. Some days, all three comes one at a time. One peek, and then cuddle / stand guard.

When we don't let them "brake in" or they can't get in to cuddle or to just peek, they're not happy about it, believe me! Especially in the morning when we really have no time, but just have to make time!

I suspect they do this to only to get a treat for their "guard services" for us slaves... or is it inmates XD

EDIT: It's "paw" not "pow" :-)

Great little dogs and full of personality.

How cute!

I wouldn't have picked him for six, looks great and the li'l dude has a muscular build.

Love the rose ears as well, seen a few Russels with half prick ears but I don't think it suits them.
I have an eight year old Labrador who uses the flower garden elevation to jump out into the street. However he can't jump back so he waits until a neighbour passes by and gives a small bark to get their attention so they open the gate and let him in. Pretty good example of how dogs can train humans :)
I have a dog (the Italian mastiff) and a cat. So, my cat controls every step my dog does, she doesn't allow her to enter the room. It is always funny to see how the big dog is afraid of my little cat))

Cane Corsos are awesome dogs, really placid and trainable.
Yes, I love my dog. Also they don't have the only one owner, but the every member of the family.
My little girl is on my lap again as she heard some thunder.

Crewdroog: yeah, from what i understand we can no longer derail (which i am doing... sorry) and no swearing? blarg.
No swearing? Where was that rule? I remember reading something about "using the appropriate language" but I thought that meant if you were in the English forums you must use English and if you were in the French forums you must use French.... etc.

TinyE said he was banned for using a swear word.

I can't believe GoG isn't going to do anything about the constant downrepping yet will make a big deal about a few words.

Jeebus. Well, once I'm banned I guess I"m done here. Sometimes swearing is APPROPRIATE. It fits the mood.

Jake wants to mount your bitch.

Jake isn't bothered by thunder or storms but he has the worst separation anxiety.

When I go out and leave him he whines and howls.

I'd love to take him in the car with me, but he gets so anxious and excited that he pants, whines and drools all over the car.

I figure it's going to take at least a year to desensitise him.

Sandy is not inclined with Jake's offer.Give him time as he is still younger than mine and she only recently developed the fear of thunder and crackers.Yep,Sandy gets anxious in the car as well.

Tauto: Yep,Sandy gets anxious in the car as well.
Jake only does this because of the idiot that owned him prior.

I adopted him at 6 months old and his owner basically left him in the yard and never trained and socialised him.

So I'm slowly turning him around, he's come a long way and still has a bit to go but we'll get there.

The car anxiety is going to be tough though as he really stresses and shakes, all my previous dogs loved the car but never stressed out like he does.

First AmStaff I've ever owned, I'm amazed at how clingy and sensitive they are.
