If the method of choosing the winner will be chosen at random, it may end up being a non-random method !
Also - you're ASSUMING that the instructions given to us really reflect the conditions that have to be made. That may as well not be true - the easiest way to falsify it will be to check this thread @ 3pm today (or any number of weeks later, for that matter).
