By now everybody is tired and agrees, that something has to happen now! And then, suddenly, everything happens quickly. Suspicions and accusations fly across the table and Cardinal West, who had hoped and thought that he would be the next Pope, finds himself the target of an inquisitory investigation. All good belongings and notes are searched. Even his mobile phone. And what is found there shocks the faithful, pious Cardinals assembled.

First, there are empty spray cans. Seems like he was the one who wrote the message advertising himself. Then there are terrible records of sin. It seems, that he was the epitome of Lust. Now, every church official has some dalliance or debauchery going on.. Side effect of celibacy, just like the prohibition increased the consumption of hard liquor. But the browser history of Cardinal West would put Casanova, Marquis de Sade and Don Giovanni to shame. It is obvious that such an impious man is unfit for the office of Pope. Or Cardinal. Especially since he had the bad luck of being found out.

Microfish West was a Catholic One-Shot Sprayer and is from now on excluded from voting and from the Election.

Would ScumCat be truly bold enough to start the train on town Micro? Who knows. But now even more so her first two votes of the game(bucktooth and micro) look like big OMGUS retaliatory votes. Especially now that their micro vote was due to micro calling them out for not voting yogsloth after questioning their lack of fleshyness.

They also had an interesting reaction to the spraypaint micro advertisement, almost trying to downplay it's legitimacy.

Potentially concerned that their micro wagon could be turned around so easily?

I explained exactly why I voted for Micro in Post #27 - "The only thing that matters is if someone is a reformer weirdo or not. Obfuscating other people's motives for voting or not voting is a reason to think that you in fact are a reformer. Congrats, you now have my vote."

Micro said that there was something wrong with me saying that Yog is totally a death robot from the future then not voting to have him investigated. We're looking for heretic reformers, not death robots from the future. That's shouldn't be hard to understand.

There's a lot of willful ignorance going on with this game from some people that have been making posts that are about as useful as fleas on a dog. Unfortunately, I have a bunch of things I need to take care of.

As mod, I have to be impartial and so cannot say if an investigation was 'right' or 'wrong'.

In vanilla Mafia terms, Micro was a Town PR (though one shot and had already used their shot.)

It boils down to you sticking to a vote you placed on someone because they said your actions were suspicious. Hindsight is 20/20 of course, but micro was truly the most suspicious character from that point forward all the way to the hammer?

However as I said before starting off the wagon would almost be too obvious. So I'll go with a safer option.

Vote yogsloth

I haven't played with yogs in a bit(or anyone for that matter), but they have been overly non-chalant to an almost manufactured extent. Add the fact that they were third on the wagon with no reasoning given despite being directly questioned by Trent. I feel more confident with this one.

I had a specific reason for voting for Mirco. Perhaps you should ask everyone else that came in and voted after the fact thus creating a vote train when there otherwise wasn't one.


If we want to look on the bright side - Since we know that Micro was Cardinal Lust, we won't be letting him turn the Vatican into his own personal sex dungeon.

I voted micro for throwing his vote around a bunch of times and ending up on cat (or at least was on cat at the time I made my vote), whom I was town-reading.

Honestly, I'm still in the same spot there. If cat is a baddie I'd be pretty surprised. She's pretty relaxed and smooth, and it would be way too easy to jump on my silly death robot comment, and she wasn't even phased.

Which, by the way, I still totally am not.

Well my position still hasn't changed, I still think of everyone here Farky leans the scummiest so far. His comment to Cat "I'm surprised you're still on West's wagon seeing as I am also being on it. Think a scum me would bus a buddy so early? Something more to add to my mEmO perhaps." feels like bait, and what's up with the capitalizing of random letters in some of the comments? Posts 106 and 108. Maybe a typo? Only time I could see that he did it, but it was several times in those two posts. I couldn't make anything of it.

Does anyone thinking any scum were on micro west's wagon? Possibly. Would a scum have helped push the vote through in the final hours like mchack and bucktoothgamer did with postings 132 and 133? Well I feeling that mchack is more likely town as being so absent from posting wouldn't be a good scum tactic. Bucktooth might also just being a townie player but could be scum. If I had to pick one of the two i'd say bucktooth more than mchack to be scum. But it could be anybody so hard for me to picking a new vote yet.

Apparently not and now I feel bad for investigating my fellow feathered friend. But who could it really being?

Elect Cardinal Up

Oh, so the game keeps going, huh. I mean I thought I'd catch a break of sorts.
That and only one "investigation" so it seems I misunderstood how scum do things here, because I assumed we would find porn on a Cardinal's phone and the scum would load up another one's phone with the stuff.

This is the first time I play a game of this sort so I'm kinda confused but I think I get the gist. At least I hope.

I honestly didn't find anything scummy about Micro, but couldn't participate in time to change the vote to someone I'm convinced is scum and not some middle of the road milquetoast pick. I was just too tired that I plopped into bed after coming back from work and ended up watching a movie that played on TV (it's Django Unchained, no dedoporno, I can't make any quotes from it, movie's flooded with the N-word, damn) - little did I know I caught a new round of cold in the form of a sore throat. FUN

Is this being a confession? Confess your sins and be made clean and whole! Then telling us if anything has caught your eye on this newest of days if you could, when you are feeling better I mean.

He was also trying very hard and unsuccessfully to start a wagon against the person that you ended up replacing on the basis that we should lynch the inactive.
