No idea, unless the website for that game states it you will never know until its released.

From your title however, it reminded me about the 3 captured men in the desert joke, each given a final request, the Irishman first chooses lots of whiskey, the Italian second lots of women, the third, a German asks for a rubber duck and four springs. He ties the springs to feet and hands, puts the duck in his mouth and bounces off into the desert. The two others turn to each other and state "That must be Vorsprung Durch Technik!"

Hello. There has been no official word as of yet. The game's developer, though (11 bit Studios), have released almost all of their catalog here, so there's a good chance that Frostpunk should also show up.
