Not trying to do anything. Gaming, and computer use without clients is much better. You could say the same about anything, why do people recommend Linux, why eat vegetables, etc. From my opinion galaxy and other gaming clients are a worse cancer in gaming than drm, hence I point out why they are a failing at every possible moment. Like anything else, if enough people follow that then things will change. Perhaps you don’t get existence?

All i'm saying is it's inefficient to say it to every user you can one by one. If I were trying to do such, for example, i'd maybe add it to my user title/profile/etc, or make a thread about it and keep it bumped.

That would (besides reaching more people and being more efficient) likely also have the added effect of being more appealing/more successful so than doing the equivalent of the analogy I used before(standing on a street corner with a sign that says "get rid of galaxy!" while also shouting such to random passers by).

(Note that again I am all for one trying to get people onboard for various causes...just saying there are easier/more efficient ways, is all)
