I just purchased Telling Lies and Dr Dekker .
I am enjoying this style game.

Are there other similar games?
Do you have any recommendations?

Harvester might be too extreme but that has some FMV (I think it could be called that, it has some live-action movement with pre-rendered 3D backgrounds and other animations).

Simulacra and 2 are "close enough" to me to consider FMV games.

"Contradiction : Spot the Liar!" is my favorite of the latest FMV games... Really entertaining detective story.

"Erica" is decent, Though a PS4 exclusive and lacking controls. Has a great soundtrack and actors, with a superb theme song (vocals are Greek) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fN_92_Yv8k

I haven't played any of these. Where should I start, if I'm interested?

Her Story is pretty good. I enjoyed taking notes on actual paper as I was playing. Another one you might want to look into is The Dame Was Loaded and is currently on sale. I haven't played it myself but looks fun.

Telling Lies is a more recent FMV game co-developed by the designer of Her Story.

The 7th Guest and the 11th hour are at least partial FMV(iirc), and Phantasmagoria 1 and 2 might also fit the bill.
