Out of the blue, SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition has become flat-priced, by virtue of its RU/UA/UZ price suddenly inching up from $5.19 to $19.99.

Just in case it's not obvious, the two upcoming games that are already sold as part of the current insomnia sale, Jotun and Subterrain, are at the moment flat priced. I don't really expect them to remain so once released.

Nope. Jotun has regional pricing. Got $1 store credit when buying it as gift.
And the store page shows me the Fair Pricing Package.

They have two pages for Jotun:

and

Same for Subterrain.

Nah, did not find it myself. Some other user did (sorry, can't credit whoever that was, don't remember which thread that was in).
But that made it possible for me to buy Jotun as gift, so I am glad it was found :D

The following three games are now no longer regionally priced in RU/UA/UZ: D: The Game, Eradicator, Rayman Raving Rabbids™.

All three games now cost there $5.99 instead of $5.89, making them --- at least temporarily --- flat-priced! Do note however, that this may well be an artificial side effect of today's conversion rate change and that on the next RUB rate change they may return to the blissful embrace of regional pricing. Or not.

Hurm, hard call, given how close the prices were. Could you possibly let me know again after the next exchange rate adjustment? If they are still flat then, I'll go ahead and add them to the list.
