It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

SpellSword: Just curious. If one updates Firefox is this auto installed with the new version or do you have to install whatever service it is attached to before it is grafted to Firefox / DRM is installed?

(Just started reading this thread now... lots to catch up on!)

DyNaer: you can install a version which have the DRM disabled :

http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/38.0/win32-EME-free/
From what I read, it´s not disabled since it´s just not there, no sandbox and no DRM. Thus free from the DRM thingy.

In the DRM wrapped in sandbox version you can actually uninstall it afterwards too.

well you right , i just written a bit too fast. :)
heh.

Here I was starting to organise my home network to change it all back to Firefox from Chrome, simply because chrome does not have a StatusBar. XD

Priorities, etc.
If anyone is interested I installed the DRM free version from an earlier link and this is what the Firefox about dialog looks like now. My install was asking to upgrade to ver 38 anyway so . . .

It immediately asked to update to vers 38.0.1, I allowed it and it seems to have updated to the correct version.

It is disappointing they have caved in, but with all of the commercial browsers leading the way I can see how they felt they had no choice.

DeathDiciple: I've gone to Pale Moon personally, the next option would probably be Opera (chromium engine, most of the features of Chrome minus the limitations/google spyware).
Also, if anyone is just looking for Chrome without the spyware, SRWare Iron is a good option.
for god damn sakes mozilla didn;t fucking do this you fucking bastards.

this was decided yearsago fucking years ago god damnit. take oyur headlines turn them sideways shove them up your ass you fucking click bait fucking mother fucking fuckers. mozilla was the only browser they were the only ones trying to go against this. it would be fucking stupid if they didn't support the fucking shit. no one yaps about chrome doing it or apple doing or microsoft it. the ones who fucking put it through when mozilla the drm mozilla was campaigning against the fucking shit and trying to spread the word to get support back when this fucking shit was being decided god damn it. instead yapping about what sad day it is that mozilla is turning coat and all bullshit where were people when they were trying to get people to pay attention to this so it wouldn't happen back when there was something that could actually get done for it. for mozilla not to support this would be essentially throwing their fucking browser in the dump as they'll be the only ones that oculdn't support that video. fucking fucking fuck fuck fuck fuck
wtf

I apologize for this post's unpleasantness. but blaming and shaming mozilla for this is becoming something of a running trope.

According to Redditor, it asks if you want it installed or not, so better than nothing I guess ;)
Yes, been using Pale Moon for the past month, it's very quick and easy to use, I recommend it

Way ahead of you ;)

Switched to Palemoon when FF DRM news first appeared and it is better.
Even use it on the phone.

For some reasons sites like GMG struggle.
