I paid for a game and have no clue how it is to get to my computer--

i tried to download the downloader and doesn't seem to open ??

i'm using windows 10 ------ thanks in advance

Account - Library - Click on the game on your shelf .

If you want to use the downloader, you need to use the links specifically meant for it in order to queue up a game.
Go to your account's library, click on the game in question, then "MORE" and "GOG DOWNLOADER LINKS", where you'll find them (see attached image #1). Once the downloader has finished you'll find the game's installer files in your Documents folder under "GOG.COM DOWNLOADS" (see attached image '2).

If the game isn't particularly big (less than 1GB), I'd recommend just downloading it directly from your library through the browser.
