It would be great to have an option to rename or add a nickname to my friends.
Most of them have different username on different platforms, and sometimes it gets confusing.
I would prefer to see the nickname I give them in the friend list.

Well yes... and no. After all can you really request site features and expect anything?

I could hardly keep track of the number of people that have raised their voice regarding the abysmal state of the forums throughout my years here... yet it has stayed the same, with a fresh coat of paint on it at best.

I didn't say the OP can expect anything...I just made him aware of the community wishlist, where he can make his request through the "official channels".

Here in the General discussion, his feature request(s) won't be acknowledged.
He should set up an official request, and then he may link to that request here in the GD, so that people can vote for it.

Fair enough. Wherein I was trying to make OP and other people aware the wishlist is not to be regarded as a place for "official requests", though GOG may glace at the top 10 once in a blue moon. Just my 2 cents.

Easy solution, don’t have friends on any platform.
