Right. So, whenever I watch something or read something or play something that has a villain that's supposed to be very scary or evil or psychotic, I immediately want to beat the shit out of him/her/it. No horror or shock, just pure unadulterated malevolence aimed directly at the villain. Who else feels like that?
low rated
I know who I'd like to beat the shit out of.

Can I have some examples because it seems the more 'evil' or 'bad' a villain gets the more over the top he or she gets and the more over the top the less aggression I feel. For instance I have never felt rage over a Batman villain but it happens all the time with things like Spawn and The Punisher.

I think the point of a good drama is to make you have feelings about it.

Unless you're strangling your neighbour there's nothing strange about it.

I should have stressed "supposed to" on my opening paragraph. I hate villains that fail to deliver. Joker may be insane but he's a genius. I can't dislike him. Present me however with a serial killer that has mother issues or a druglord that just likes to chop peoples appendages off and I'm instantly enraged. I want to purge them.

Also pitiful excuses for villains, like Kylo Ren.

Its rare for me to feel that strongly about a game's villain. I suppose some examples where a game did manage to pull it off is:
The corrupt cops in GTA:SA, especially the fat one who you chased in the desert and persistently taunted you.
and I can't really think of anyone else. Perhaps Jaffar from Prince of Persia 2.

As for examples from books, I can think of only one that I truly despised. I couldn't wait for this character to die:
William Hamleigh from Pillars of the Earth
He was sadistic, cruel and caused tremendous devastation to the lives of several likable characters. It's an awesome book and I've been meaning to check out the miniseries about it.

That's how I felt about every Game of Thrones villain (TV, haven't read the books nor do I want to) that's why I eventually stopped watching. I spent most of the time watching that show HATING the fuckers.

I can imagine. At least in Pillars of the Earth the story wraps up in the span of one book :)

That's how I felt about Tony Soprano's mom. Oh, and that drunken doctor that tore apart the Uber guy's car last week.

Unfortunately you don't have the skills - even with his wheelchair and movement / speech integration software.

Also... Stephen Hawking sends a message on the matter:

"The Earth is NOT flat. Idiot!"

As to you, thats not a fantasy anger issue, but a genuine one. Either find a passive way to deal with it yourself - maybe not playing / watching etc those things, or seek professional help. Not trying to be unkind, but what you have is a potentially serious issue that with time and no form of management can manifest into something else.

That was before Stephen got his upgrade.

Now he'd really fuck Tauto up.

He'd fuck the headless, limbless amoebic blob of tauto anyway - he is a well known pervert! O_____o7
I thought this would be about getting angry at fantasy the genre - like, "OMG I hate Game of Thrones so much I want to just smash that fat bearded guy's face make him stop make him stop and make my friends fucking stop talking about the motherfucking thing!"

That kind of thing I could get behind.

Not me personally, I just wonder what kind of life lessons I can learn from a legitimate badass.
