Since the EoTB trilogy has no forum I'll ask here.

I've been looking at the level caps for non-human races in the third game, planning ahead for my characters. Do any know if these level caps are adjusted by stats? E.g. Half-Elves have a lvl 15 cap on the Mage class, but is that cap adjusted upwards if they have a high INT score, and if so, by how much?

I seem to recall from the old D&D 2nd edition that the primary stat of a class adjusted something, but can't recall if it helped level caps, nor can I tell, if such is the case, from the game manuals if they implemented these adjustments in the game.

Appreciate any help.
