Witcher 3: WH is not the type of game I'd try to run on integrated graphics cards; especially older ones.

Seriously, if you're playing W3: WH or any modern game from the last gen, this gen, or even next upcoming gen - yeah, you will want a PC with a decent dedicated video card.

For a 3D-game like TW 3 you do need a dGPU for smooth moves! ...not a IGP like UHD620.

Just for comparison. My pc, Intel I3 3.4 ghz, 4 gb ram, Nvidia gt750ti. The game running smoothly on low. Considering the size and graphic quality of the game (which still looks good even on low) you can say it's pretty well optimized
