TornadoBn: We should open another one and putting a e-mail address for feedback is also a good idea - thanks for that.
We are advertising TI-R here and there for now, but it's not as successful as it could be. We lack of money for a big advertising campaign, so there is only the mouth propaganda. Luckily we found a good partner who is going to do some streams and advertising mails.
Do you know big communities where we could collect some feedback and place our ad (if it's allowed)?
A playable alpha is about ready so we might be able to record some ingame action this weekend. The twitch streaming is also in the near future, but i don't know the date though.
When you do set up a separate email for feedback,
make sure to mention that on your kickstarter page. Also, you might want to create a thread here too but read the rules and check a couple of threads there to see how the other users posted concerning their kickstarter project.

As for communities, there were some big ones but a lot of those sites are gone while some splintered or migrated to other sites like reddit for example. There are a lot of sub-communities for gaming in reddit and it's like a maze. But one of the big ones in reddit would be this..(make sure to read the rules in the r/gaming reddit community)

You could try the modding site gamebanana since that has a lot of visitors and possibly some of the original TI players.

This is the site's traffic just to give you an idea..
https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/gamebanana.com For advertising, have you tried reaching out to some youtubers like the ones who played the original so they can see the difference between the old and new TI. You could also try contacting these two as a start..

https://www.youtube.com/user/xIVERTiiGOIx/about I remember vertiigo doing some gameplay videos for titles that I have never heard of in the first place and most of these were in alpha stage. Plus, some of those videos were funny..so you might wanna try your luck there too. He lives in australia by the way, so take note of the time difference.
