Recently started a new play through of CP2077. I'm a little over 17 hours in, just finished up the last of the story missions. In all my other playthroughs, Evelyn is dead by now. Out of curiosity, I went to Judy's apartment to see what's going on. Evelyn is glitched, standing up in bed. I forgot to take a screenshot of it. But she is just there. I can't interact with her and none of the missions are triggering for the Judy storyline.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to fix it without starting a new file?

I play through as a guy, so I'm not out to romance Judy. I just like playing the Clouds missions.
