Ah yes, the good old, it doesn’t work no further information, post. Let’s start deciphering. From your post you seem to be using galaxy. First step, turn it off. Download the offline installers from the website, hover on your user name, select games, choose game and below the big galaxy banner is an expandable section for offline installers. Download the ex’s and if there are bin files, those as well. Store all the fully downloaded files in a directory. Then double click on exe to start install. Choose a non windows folder to install to, eg. C:/mygames. Ensure you allow it to install and install any requirement like directx and c++ extensions (sometimes galaxy messes that up). Also, ensure you have directplay enabled. Now run the game from the shortcut, not galaxy, and see what happens. If you get more issues, present the warnings or errors, and state what version of windows you are on.
