ok so i am having a trip down memory lane but i have hit a snag , at pegnose petes house i have the grease and the rubber chicken. I cant get close enough to the door mat for the interface to "see" me looking at it.

i eventually auto move into a corner and hear a conversation , when ozzie mandrill comes outside he just walks on the spot and i have to quit , i guess the interface knows i have not used the grease on the doormat.


NOTE i am re visiting this game on windows 10 , i know the interface must recognise what you have done or the game wont co-operate.

example many years ago when i first did this i knew where the bronze hat was but at first i could not get it as i had not been told to dig for it.

You don't have to quit, there's nothing wrong. Just use the grease after. Oh, and it's a duck. A live one too.

i cant get close enough to the mat to use the grease before the game auto moves me to eves drop on the conversation then i cant do anything.

Use the grease after, not before.

hi vtrack i think you missed the point of my problem , when ozzie comes out of the hut door he just walks on the spot without going anywhere and none of my keys will work so the only option i have is to quit

Hi veTrack i knew i was doing nothing wrong because i had watched a video clip on you tube to check it out .

As you know i told you ozzie would not walk away and get in his boat he just opened the door and walked on the spot .

As i am a stuborn old sod i refused to give in and after about 10 goes at it ozzie decided to co operate and do what he should so now i can continue.
