It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Been having this issue for a couple of weeks now, not seeing anything in the forums about others having this issue.

Effects all games.
Tried everything short of uninstall/reinstall.
Nothing on system has changed since it was working last.
Can play games, but without cloud saves.
Cannot get game updates or check file integrity without getting this error.

Update Failed (E3)
Failed to connect to GOG.com servers.

Any ideas?

You know, Galaxy is an optional client. Why not try Lutris, Heroic, or something else?
jd44 - Your bitmap image is not working ... 404 error.

Another option, is to download the Offline Installers, either via your browser or a third party program like Free Download Manager 5. If you want greater control with downloading, you could also try one of the programs that use the GOG SDK, such as gogcli.exe or a Python alternative gogrepo.py.

• Double-check that the executables mentioned in the support article have Internet access through your firewall or antivirus.
• Double-check that DNS is set to auto.
• As a troubleshooting step, you can check if there's something wrong with the local database. While GOG Galaxy isn't running, move the C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage somewhere like the desktop. If that doesn't help after starting GOG Galaxy again, you can delete the newly created one and put the old one back.
• If you haven't already, open a support ticket and attach a zipped up archive of the C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs folder.
