Hello.

Access to my Gog account was lost due to the fact that I lost access to my mail. When I log into my account, I am prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code, but I cannot receive this code because my email is lost. I wrote to GOG support several times about a year ago, although I did not receive a single response from them to my email (I checked the spam folder).

I know all the information about my account, there’s even my photo on the avatar. I have screenshots of game purchase receipts on my account.
Tell me, how can I reach GOG support to get an answer from them?

Thank you

Hello, sorry about your problem.
Regarding your question: You should still be able to use support page with your new account or without any account using another email that you have access. Then you need someone from support to manually solve your issue, who will certainly ask you for proof.

Hello,
Thank you for answering me. There is a hope, of course, that they will answer my request, but the requests that I sent a year ago were not answered. I read the entire thread from your link - thank you, it gives me hope.

make sure you itemise all the reciepts you have from gog for what you've bought (same for any payment provider emails) as they will help to prove it is your account.

Thanks for your reply. I still have emails with purchases from GOG. But where should I attach them, or where to send them, if GOG support ignores me. They did not send me any message regarding my request.

Contact them, they will reply via email, you can answer then with whatever they ask from you.
