Didn't they need to alter the game for Oz due to the country's oddball censorship take of "no, you may not have a giant flopping dildo as a weapon!" or some other such nonsense? The sale may be restricted for Australia if GOG only carries the original version.

You may want to look into doing a trade with someone else in that case.

Not sure about our oddball censorship but yeah NO Saint Row 4 showing at all here at all for me so annoyed by this; our government is so stupid, censoring this from the store is just plain ridiculous. Can't even login now to check :(

Added Notation: Just read and seen the issue why it was unrated and not approved, tis silly too all because of 1 item in the game "Alien Anal Probe" (what they couldn't just take it out like they did with hot coffee for san andreas) but yet they allow for the episode of South Park that has a similar if not more offending probe on TV time and time again, but in a game that you have to go out of your way to find firstly, just baffles the mind, makes me so disappointed in my Country, to have so many STUPID censorship laws that are just plain drakonic makes you laugh

The trailer for SR4 had a joke about Australia wanting to ban the game.

If you can't find anyone to trade with, you can always wait for the next time the game has a newsletter discount code.

Give them the magic code and GOG is happy to sell you region locked games. It is how I picked up my copy in the last major sale.

VPNs may also work, but I don't have any experience with that method.

Incidentally a second game, Postal 2, is also hidden from you in the current sale.
Postal 2 WTFBBQ I have it here, OK WHY DID they block it I bought it I likes it!

friggin weird well it was back in 2012 so!

Yes, there are some game in the catalogue that we don't see in Germany either. This regional blocking and censorship is really annoying. But of course you could use a VPN.

It has always been banned//refused classification, it is just that nobody realised that GOG shouldn't be selling it. A giveway last Decemberdrew attention to it and it was region locked shortly afterwards.
