I'm a recent graduate. I (foolishly) did not realize my school email account was getting deleted.

The same email that I used to play Gwent with.

I want to pre-order the new Way of the Witcher Expansion for Gwent on my main account (with the deleted email), but I cannot access that email and my ticket has gone unanswered for nine days.

So, I'm making this topic to try and accelerate a solution. In time for the expansion release.

Please help.

Support is the way to go, but as you've noticed, there's a huge backlog of tickets and your request could take long.

Moderator ponczo_ has offered in the past to take a look at the situation for cases like yours. You can try to send him a PM: https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_

Perhaps other users can share other moderators/support staff that you could contact directly.

I tried that first. They were insistent that, for security reasons, they could not, would not, and never would.
