Took quite awhile to download from GOG. Took at least 35 minutes to install. Great intro and ingame movement. But, no cheat console. @#%$&*** darn.
There is a Debug TestMode=true listed in the game ini. There's an original and a New ini, both with the commands. Also in the game.exe are several cheat commands. So the question is, what keyword or key combination opens the cheat console if possible?
