MysterD: Awesome!

Glad to see that psuedo-currency of sorts go the way of the dodo. Was never a fan of it.

Now we just need GOG to somehow get EA and BioWare to bring these to GOG without DRM and without Origin:
ME1,2,3 (Complete Editions); ME Legendary; Dragon Age 2 Complete; and DA: Inquisition GOTY.
Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age Inquisition have multiplayer, i don't know how EA manage their multiplayer but they probably need Origin or Steam unless they cut multiplayer part for a drm free version.

idbeholdME: DLCs are free now? Awesome. I can finally discard my pirated versions which had all of them and play the legit copies :O

I owned the base games since forever, but wasn't supporting their scummy DLC scheme.
hmm do these games have many dlc-s?
dlc spammed games are disgusting

If they want, they can disable the MP for DAI and ME3. I have them both on Origin, if I want to do MP.
ME: Legendary actually does not have MP in it.

Mass Effect series DLC's List:

Dragon Age series DLC's List:

Trust me, you want the DLC's for ME2, ME3, and DA2.

DA2 needs it b/c the game's repetitive w/ a lot of recycled environments and needs as much unique content as possible. Plus, Mark of the Assassin's really good and Legacy DLC is must-play and is important to something in DA: Inquisition in particular.

DA:I Trespasser DLC is important b/c it sets up DA4 (Dragon Age: DreadWolf); and b/c a lot of the endings to certain characters are buried in the DLC's.

Also, BioWare likes to punish those who don't buy DLC's - so yeah, you do want them...as a lot of scenes go missing or don't happen b/c you didn't do a certain DLC; or you lack certain knowledge that's important from one game that is key the next game.

Also, ME3: Citadel DLC is WAY better than the base-game's ending.

Or they can make the multiplayer 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free.

Right now the only video games in existence that I know have 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free multiplayer is.

Unreal (GameSpy can be bypassed with OpenSpy, any video game using GameSpy can be bypassed.). Unreal Tournament, Rune Classic, and Red Faction.

Also all video games that have LAN.
...now if Electornic Arts would remove itself from existence.

Enebias: ...now if Electornic Arts would remove itself from existence.
Why?

Their video games are good.

I love playing Command & Conquer 1.

I love playing Command & Conquer Red Alert 1.

I love playing Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun.

I love playing Command & Conquer Red Alert 2.

I love playing Command & Conquer: Renegade.

I love playing Command & Conquer Generals.

I love playing Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.

I love playing Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault.

I love playing Mass Effect 1.

I love playing The Sims 1.

I love playing Ultima 1.

I love playing Ultima 2.

I love playing Mirror's Edge 1.

I love playing Dragon Age: Origins.

I love playing Nox.

I love playing Battlefield 1942.

Those are about all of the classic old video games from Electronic Arts (EA) that I can think of that I love playing.

If Electronic Arts (EA) would just release more of their video games for sale on gog.com 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free, Electronic Arts (EA) would be earning so much more money from me.

Not to mention that key plot points were locked behind DLCs. You might as well not be playing Mass Effect 3 without Leviathan and From Ashes.

Thanks for the bulk of those games should go to the actual developers who made them, ie, Westwood Studios, Origin Systems, etc, (that EA acquired then forcibly closed down and added to their infamous Graveyard). Aside from the fact Ultima 1, Command & Conquer 1, etc, were created before EA acquired their developers, even after that EA (the Publisher) is simply that guy who gave the developers a loan to make the games. Had they not acquired them, the same games could still well have been made but simply published by another 90's publisher at the time (eg, Eidos) and possibly not shut down, leading to the question what other franchises could have been made by Westwood / Origin but they never got the chance because of EA...

I was about to respond, but it would be just a repetition of this post. :)

As much as I'd love to see say TP/LAN support on the MP for ME3 and DAI: eh, I doubt EA would do that, unfortunately. It would be great, though...if they did at TCP-IP/LAN support, like we used to have in the very old days of gaming (i.e. mid 90's to early 2000's).

Maybe if EA wouldn't have a fit - maybe someone could reverse-engineer the MP to ME3 and DAI to keep it alive?

Since we're on the topic of MP skirmish modes like say ME3 has - like the old days of Q3A and Battlefield 1942, they really should ALSO do offline support for these maps and modes w/ AI/bot support. Sad to see a lot of dev-time go into these so-called "Multiplayer skirmish" modes, only for dev's and/or pub to not-that-long later in many instances, pull the plug b/c player-count died.
