EDIT:
Found the solution....open wineconfig....goto libraries....disable "winegstreamer" (add & then disable it if it doesnt already exist)


if anyone using wine to play oblivion, can u tell me whether its working fine?

mine is crashing to desktop the moment the initial intro videos finishes, even b4 the main menu

if i remove the intro video files, then the game launches with a loading bar, and once it finishes loading 100%, boom ctd again...
