Im waiting until gog gives an update for i can play my game. ever since i updated my mac to OS X el capitan it has been blocking my game.

does anybody know when an update is coming?
There are two things you can do:

Disable SIP in Terminal: http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/208478/how-do-i-disable-system-integrity-protection-sip-aka-rootless-on-max-os-x-el

Or, manually update your Wineskin wrappers: http://paulthetall.com/video-tutorial-how-to-make-your-old-wineskin-wrappers-compatible-with-osx-10-11-el-capitan/
ok i downloaded the wrapper from paulthetall. but its not launching the game to play.

Completely off topic but I totally read your username as "tetas"
Am I the only one feeling the urge to stand on my desk and yell "O Captain, my captain"?
hahah random dude. Im just trying to keep playing my game, but its not opening it
Galaxy worked out of the box for me. Try reinstalling it.

As for the Wine ports offered here on GOG such as Alpha Centauri or the original Infinity Engine games:
1. Download Wineskin.
2. Download the latest version of Wine and the wrapper, this is pretty self-explanatory and just involves clicking on download buttons within the app. I am not completely sure but I believe this is required for the wrappers to update. Either way, this is useful for extracting game EXEs for source ports (example being Quake 3).
3. You can close Wineskin now. Right-click on your app, go to Show Package Contents. Go to Resources, then Game. In that folder is the actual app, repeat the right-click process.
4. Click on the Wineskin app, go to advanced.
5. Under the Tools Tab, click "Update Wrapper."

It should work now. GOG needs to update all of the Wineskin ports, but until then this will have to do. Oh, as a side note: Unreal Tournament 2004's native version is dead on El Capitan, so don't even try the tutorial for replacing the files and just use Wineskin for now on.

Unreal Tournament 2004 works fine with me on El Captain. Just played Deck 17 on it.

Hmm, interesting. The whole setup worked as planned for me before I updated, but now it won't launch. Perhaps I should try reinstalling the whole thing.

Thank you Projectsonic. I was getting very frustrated not finding a solution to the el Capitan problem. I tried your update method and all my GOG software that uses Wineskin now works.
Updating the Wine wrapper as detailed above worked great for Resonance. (Had to also select the checkbox to use black borders on widescreen displays.)

El Capitain 10.11.3 on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).

Wrapper version 2.6.2
With many different engines.

Whenever I launch a Skirmish it immediately crashes with an error.

Tried Wineskin Winery, different engines, updating the wrapper but it always crashes.

SOS.

TA right? I'm having the same problem, I've tried everything to no avail. It's driving me crazy!
Gog.com has a solution:

If you're able to enter the game using the previous post's help, go to options, then visual, and then change the resolution to fit your resolution.
