A grid-based first person dungeon crawler set in a dark fantasy version of Imperial Rome – Ludus Mortis is now available on GOG in its early access and with a -15% discount that lasts until October 6th, 1 PM UTC.

Create and develop your party, explore catacombs, manage your Gladiatorial School and fight demons and undead to free Rome. Inspired by old-school cRPG from the 80s and 90s.

I wondered why it looked so familiar. It's from the same guy(s?) as the Inferno games. A demo is available on Steam for those who are curious.

Not only is the 15% off missing, there was no mention of it being early access on the page when I bought it. Also no downloads are available for offline or linux.

The game looks good, but the previous titles from the same dev (The 7th Circle - Endless Nightmare and Inferno - Beyond the 7th Circle) suffered from an awful lack of optimization.
