mechmouse: I don't know the when it will be on discount again, but I can say this was one of the best games I've ever played. The fluidity of the parkour and combat is amazing. Plot is fairly simple but the world is fun to explore.

bhrigu: Okay. A few questions.
1. Does the world feel living enough? I mean with NPCs and safezones?
2. Is the world crafted in a way that different areas feel different and seem to have a bit of character (not feeling like copy paste areas)?
Thanks for your responses. :)
1) Very living. There are plenty of side quests that effect the world. Safe Areas to unlock, which then get populated with NPCs. When you play, make sure you return to the room you get given at the beginning, it starts as an empty room witha mat on the floor and changes over time. A lot of go fetch quests, but they're fitting to the story and quite heart warming, such as fetch crayons for the children (go back to your room after completing this quest).

2. The main game has 2 areas Slums and Old Town, both very different. Each Area has its own zones that reflect the character of those parts too. The expansion its also very different.

I think there are about 10 different vehicle assets, but they're used quite well.

The world is very explorable lots of secrets to find and very few invisible walls.

1) Its a city, infested with various types of zombie. There are safe zones where UV lights stop the zombies from getting in. These zones contain NPCs who give quests, nothing else really. It does feel living, in a dead way, especially after lights out.

2) If you have time to stop, take pictures, compare various parts of the city, you need to turn up the difficulty. Most of the time you should be hurtling from one place to another like Rincewind at the end of Sourcery. That being said there is various distinct areas in the city, and the expansion is set out on the plains so couldn't be more different.
just checked galaxy. I've 84 hrs playing the game

Will these actually be coming to the GOG version though? Just looking on another thread about Two Worlds 2 ...

I think, yes. These DLC is free anyway, why not to bring them here?

Don't assume anything in this day and age. Tw2 is years old, been here for years, now they are creating new content and adding micro transactions. There is absolutely no level to which greedy w*stains would not stoop to make some cash

I mean we got the latest patch to Dying Light at around the same time as Steam as far as I know.

Topware (Two Worlds 2) on the otherhand has a history of scandals and poor management.
Actually doublechecked if patchnotes are right we got the patch the same day as Steam for dying light

After looking at the pricing of Steam copies (friends are all on Steam so no co-op for me being the only gog person) and the release date the cynical part of me wonders if they aren't perfectly spacing out the content to never have a decent discount.

It's a great game and there is a good amount of content, but the lack of major discounts is a real PITA when you need/want a second copy on a diff service.

You can co-op via LAN so you could use Tungle, assuming there is no version differences.

Not used it in years. First VPN solution that popped to mind.

I'm sure there are other less ad infected solutions.

Anyway main point, it allows for LAN play.

You shouldn't need to register at gemly, if you have brought the game here then there is a patc in your account - yes it's not marked as updated - which should add this in.
