but i ordered a second time because i really wanted to have a nice evening, and was obsessed to play this game (cause im looking foreward to play numenera). Well then it works the second time then now Im looking to ask for a refund, but its okay I v been able last evening to send the request, finally understood the dxdiag stuff.

But I still think GOG galaxy is all but reliable plateform...

paladin181: Because the only way you get a refund if you downloaded the game (or installed it on Galaxy) is if the game doesn't work and you meet the minimum requirements.
