Dungeons & Dragons Online and Lord of the Rings Online are two MMORPG's that are "free to play". Now that description is more accurate than ever as parent company Standing Stone Games has made all dungeons, raids, and expansions freely accessible to any and all account types through April 30, 2020.

I was in the Lord of the Rings Omline beta, which was lengthy, and played after release for a couple of years. Great game, but last time I had a look it changed somewhat. It seemed easier now.

You might have a point if SSG bothered to advertise worth a damn. As it stands, they are just preaching to the converted (aka making it easier for current players to play more).
