Hello, I'm affraid it's almost impossible, because of the Publisher, which is Microsoft.
Same thing about Age of Empires and Halo.

Plans? GOG seldom reveal their plans. ;)

Regarding a possible release of Dungeon Siege series, and after the recent hellish (read: Diablo) events, i'd say don't lose your hope, but don't hold your breath either.
