WHAT!

Someone help me, it's 4am GMT so I have time, but I cant get the pop up t load. I click the link in my email, I see the pop up with the word left with no numbers and it just disappears. WHAT IS THIS

You got the email "Your purchase summary for order ..... from GOG.com"? There should be a button at the bottom of the email that says, "Open My Account Page" with the text "...to browse your collection, download games and access bonus content" next to that button.

Are you clicking the "Open My Account Page" button?

No, I have yet to claim the free game. I have an email saying I can get it but the pop up is not on my screen

the button in the email is nothing more than a link to your account there :

https://secure.gog.com/account

iirc there's no popup by clicking on it , however it should redirect to your account library.where you should find the game if all worked properly.

unless you speak of the email you got from GOG for the promo , not the email you get when you resquest your DK1 copy . That's totally different.

I was keeping track ot this deal all weekend, and it kept telling me some nonsense about keeping an eye out for an email to get the game for free.

That email never came, and now the deal is over? Nice bait and switch you got there. I want my free game.

the game doesn't work for me in fullscreen. When I start it up the intro video freezes and when I press a key it goes to the menu but then that stays frozen. I can only do something if I press the windows button, minimizing the screen. But that screens 5X5 cm so obviously that's not how I want to play. Never had this problem before with any GOG games
