A Dungeon of Love for Valentine’s Day from GOG.com and EA!

Today of all days, a good part of the world celebrates love in all shapes, sizes, and flavors. For us at GOG.com, there is no greater love than the love of classic PC games. We love them, you love them, and you know what? We love you as well! So we decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day by partnering up with our friends at Electronic Arts to offer you an exclusive Dungeon Keeper promotion:

For the next 48 hours Dungeon Keeper Gold (complete with the Deeper Dungeons expansion) can be added to your GOG.com account for free! If you already own it on GOG.com, you can still get one extra gift-code for the game and present it to your significant other gamer, or a friend.

Spend time quality time protecting your Dungeon Heart from invaders and experience this classic series first hand. Further, the excellent sequel, Dungeon Keeper 2, is available for only $1.49 as a part of our special Valentine's Day promo. The offer lasts until Sunday, February 16, at 10:59AM GMT.

Would you rather storm and loot dungeons rather than protect them? Our special Destination: Dungeons & Dragons promo has you covered with a great collection of RPG classics up to 80% off!

DK1 is a million times better than DK2 BTW

I have a feeling this has something to do with a mobile game
Well this isn't right- I clicked to get the free game, and was told to check my email's inbox. When I did so, yes the confirmation was there, but so were confirmation emails for a dozen other people who also got the game.
Awesome!

Maybe, but EA will not see my money relative to that mobile one, to me DK3 is War for the Overworld
Free or free to play???

As GOG do not (Yet) sell mobile games, this is the complete game for free.
I hope all the people who have been buying this lately don't feel sad...

Well, sorry for that, but rest assured we've already addressed that bug - it was a small leftover from our testing stage.
I just got the free copy of Dungeon Kreeper added to my library but as I click on the download link for the windows version it redirects me to a 404 pare saying that the page doesn't exist. Anyone else getting this problem?

Thx for the generosity in giving out so many free games so often btw :)

EDIT: now the link functions properly, so it was only a temporal thing. Thx again.

The mobile game is what it is. I don't see War for the Overworld as DK3 but has a fan version of DK.
I love you, GOG. I really do :)
Brilliant! thanks gog!! I might get some flack for this but in in my eyes Molyneux will have to burgle my home to lessen my opinion of him. No matter what he has said and how he has deceived us, this man brought us DK...

Btw how is DKII fairing on 64bit win7 systems these days?
In case anyone is wondering, if you already own DK1 and request a free copy it gives it to you as a giftable code. Nicely done GOG!

Also, DK1 was actually the second game I purchased for full price on GOG following Icewind Dale. :D

Okay. I had no interest in this game. But now it's free. Somebody sell me on this.
