Maybe it's a good sign. Gearbox probably wouldn't care, if they don't have any plans for selling the game again.

Is this the appropriate place to mention I have a complete set of unused Duke GOG codes for trade, region-restriction free?

The old game? I can only see Megaton Edition and 20th Anniversary World Tour. Not sure if those were indexed as well. Technically these are not the same game.

Right. I forgot that the index might only apply to specific versions of the same game. I was talking about the 20th Anniversary. I'm not sure where you're seeing the Megaton Edition, considering that it was removed across all stores, 1 year ago.

Wasn't the Megaton Edition pretty much just OG Atomic Edition + officially authorized (but boring) 3rd-party expansions anyway? Or did they alter/update it somehow, as well?

Can't really attest to the quality of the three included expansions as I haven't tried them yet, but instead of using DOSBox (like the Atomic Edition did), the Megaton Edition was using a customised source port, developed in part by the person responsible for eDuke32.

Of course, this was many years ago that I played Duke It Out in D.C. (though I still have all those Duke discs in a box in storage), and like I said, I never played much of it (or any of the other expansions). Your mileage may vary. :)
