darthspudius: PS1 and N64 versions? They were shit! Why would anyone want them?!

TerminX: No way, the N64 version was awesome! It had all kinds of new/highly altered levels, completely different weapons, etc. Likewise, the stuff from the PS1 version is a lot more fun when not constrained by the technical limitations of that platform.

liquidsnakehpks: I know you guys will do a good job on the release but do you honestly think releasing this collection only for android is the most sensible thing ? duke fans are mostly from pc and consoles. I haven't seen any game thats not f2p do well on android in terms of sale.

TerminX: That's because the piracy rate on Android is very high, unfortunately. We think it'll sell well enough to finance development of versions for other platforms (Apple hardware is expensive, etc).
Would ever consider porting Duke Nukem : Land of the Babes and Time To Kill for Android / PC? Also fix DN : Forever while at it :P

undeadcow: Maybe it has to do with the splintered licensing rights for Duke Nukem; those are pretty well covered on PC but perhaps Android rights were unclaimed.

I'm looking forward to checking Hail to the King Collection out on my LG 3G but Duke Nukem has had some epically horrible mobile ports (particularly on iOS) so while the content seems promising "who knows" how enjoyably the controls and user interface will function.
If that's the case, they're unclaimed for a reason. The controls are going to be a bloody mess. I'm always curious about what sort of people think that this is such a good idea. Touch based controls aren't something you can just swap in for a keyboard on a whim.
