Gracias!
I think I understand what your problem is. You have redeemed the GOG key that comes with a retail version of Witcher 3, but it doesn't show as owned in the catalog. Unfortunately, that's a known issue that occurs with retail versions of Witcher 3 that has yet to be fixed (and I doubt it will ever be fixed).

*Would appreciate if any Spanish user could translate this.

Also: Ninja'd!

From what I could understand it's a bit like what you wrote. But it seems that the game appears on his library (me sale en mi librería desde el primer día) yet it always appears on the store as if he doesn't already own it. Which seems strange.
Spanish is not my native language so i'm not 100% sure.

EDIT:

Well, it seems MADTH3 already took care of the issue :)

I understand english (but I have trouble to write english xD), and yes, this is my problem.

I will try explain with images, but I understand that no solution yet.

1 this the store and 2 this my library.

Yes, that's what I wrote; by catalog I was referring to GOG's catalog and not the user's library.

As for it being strange, well, it has happened to quite a few games here (like the recent release of Shadow Warrior 2), so it does happen from time to time (usually occurs to games that have multiple versions like from Kickstarter or games with a preorder-exclusive bonus).

Yup. This issue has troubled users ever since Witcher 3 launched (May 2015) and it has yet to be fixed.

But no problem with expansions, no? I don't have them, but I want to buy.

The problem is merely aesthetic?

That's a good question. My advice is to try and buy them.

If it allows you, then the problem is merely aesthetic. If not, then the problem is actually serious and you'll need to contact support.

I confirm. I have bought the expansion pass, and I haven't problem to install. It's merely aesthetic.

That's good to hear. Enjoy the expansions.
