I was thinking that this was similar to Disney's "Vault" concept:

Here in the States their movies used to go in and out of the vault. I believe they do this after the value/sales drop to a certain point, so they pull sales instead of just constantly re-issuing the film at lower price points. Then, years later, re-release at full price again. I'm thinking they're just going to be bringing this concept to digital game sales. So if there's anything Disney related you want, keep a close eye on it.
