Perhaps i worded it wrong, but i don't see you quoting XIII anywhere... Closer to what i meant is 'can't get the GoG version anywhere else', a version i would trust without a doubt.


And considering i refuse to use steam due to DRM and bad experiences with it, steam isn't an acceptable option, i'd be throwing away money...

So yes there are excuses. But as i said i'm not sure how much thought i can put into this, i have a dying kitten on my hands...

No.

A better way is to download the DRM free games to your HDD or SSD, and then afterwards burn them on a CD-R or CD-RW.

Where can I get constructor? I own the game irl and have the cd still but its scratched to all hell (first game I owned)
I offer two gog games gift codes (anything but the really ridiculously priced games) for it in trade for a gog gift code of it.

Also what happens if I backed up my games then die? Always wondered that.

If they fit, you can burn them on CD/DVD/BD. But for backup purposes large USB stick, memory card or external harddrive is a lot cheaper so I don't see any reason why you would.

I'm pretty sure you can find these games in Amazon or Ebay, so you have options. But go ahead, be a pirate. I hope you get virus. :D

Constructor HD is in the works, maybe you should wait.
No one has a key it seems and it breaks my heart. Its the one game on gog I want more then anything and yet I can not obtain it.

They just chucked it into dosbox and 0 cares about testing anything. Its a mess to redo everything to get everything working right. I can fix it all its just throwing away the day to fix everything.

Well constructor HD is not looking promising. All we have is a game release date and nothing else and game has been wrong about that stuff in the past. I hope it does come out just not setting my self up for disappointment.
