Usually it;s a good idea to give some details when asking for help and/or reporting a problem. I've been engaged three times. Even though all three of them assumed I could read their minds, I wasn't very good about it.
Walking us though what's happening would be a good start. Reporting any specific errors you've received would be even better.
The "Show your work" you learned back in school comes back to haunt you. :)

Weird, I can't seem to discern what mode of download is giving you trouble or how the trouble manifests.

Erm, u might 1 2 give more details than just simply saying u can't download anything. What do u 1 2 download & r u downloading using Galaxy or the browser?
