What is going on with the download speeds?
1.7 / 3.3 / 8.0 Megabytes/sec.... ------> rinse and repeat What the heck is going on? almost a damn hour to download a 3.64g file.
I suppose it'd be prudent to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. My web is fine / been in an mmo or two and no problems there. ISP giving no indication of difficulty. GOG - what is the problem?
The second time I tried, it was a different game, different rig - SAME result.
Edit: It appears that, according to a source related to our ISP, that since last Fri the signal's begun to degrade somewhat. I myself have seen between GoG and Steam alike, the installs or download efficiency cut to about half of it's norm so I was bugg'n a bit. Someone's coming to have a look around so we'll see. pardon my upsettedness. Felt I should say something anyway.
