It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I never had any problem dling on the old set-up, now time after time the dls do not work. I've had this problem with at least 5 games that I've dled in the past. I seriously doubt that I'll buy any more gog offerings.

This is really unacceptable.
How are you downloading? Through browser? Or Galaxy?

Please don't tell us anything specific about the problem or someone might accidentally be able to help you.

Can you be more specific? Old setup is vague.

Are you referring to downloading from your browser? downloading from Galaxy? Downloading from a 3rd party app like Lutris if you are using Linux?

Also has this been happening over a few days or just started?

What type of connection are you using?

How do other website downloads handle?

Is your provider having issues?

right click on your game (via Galaxy) > manage installation > configure > check your DLC(if unchecked).

the problem is on your end. nothing to do with GOG. otherwise, everyone would be complaining.
My last setup was Galaxy 1 on a computer that died about a month ago. The new computer foced me into galaxy 2. I found a link here that allowed me to revert to galaxy one, which seems to be working. Since the downloads were stopping with an error message that it couldn't load the files it seems unlikely that my computer was the problem

If it was a common problem, we would see more post here in the forum. (I'm not trying to defend GOG).

I would recommend to uninstall everything, not just the Galaxy but all the games and reinstall. I know how that sounds, but you want to make sure everything works perfectly.

And when you ask for help on the forum, try to provide as much info as possible. If you do want someone to help you.

Also, GOG staff most likely wont see you forum post. So it would be wise to contact their support team, if you unable to find a solution.

You don't need galaxy to download your games.
Just use the normal offline installers. No problem. ( :

Unfortunately I had the same problem with the offline installers. Going back to Galaxy 1 worked, so now I'm downloadiong the games that I'll paly in the next few months while I avoid g2.
