It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi. Anyone else having weird issues with downloading the .exe installers?

Whenever I download the setup.exe file, it always comes in as .[1]. I have to wind up renaming it to .exe.

This only happens for .exe files. .zip and .bin come in normally in both IE and Firefox.

You're not alone, as it seems.

No idea what is causing the issue, but it doesn't seem to be on your end. I think you'd better open a support ticket.

Any solution meanwhile? I have the same issue.

The solution is right there but here it is told in another way: Download the game, ie Jazz Jackrabbit, if the file jazz_jackrabbit_setup.exe is in the form jazz_jackrabbit_setup.[1], just change it to the former and you should be good to go. Do not forget to download the .bin files, if any.

So I spoke with support and it seems to be some incompatibility with IE11/Firefox and GoG's code.

I tried it with Chrome and do not have the issue.

Kind of annoying....
